This product selects a multitude of plant spices and is made delicately with traditional processes and modern technologies. With a pure flavour, it’s easy to use in cooking meat and vegetarian dishes, preserving vegetables and pickles, preparing meat and vegetarian stuffing, savory snacks and in soup and noodles.
When frying, add it in when the dish is 80％ cooked, when making soup and noodles add it in just before serving, when preserving vegetables and pickles directly add it in from the beginning. The taste will be better.
2-4 g for braising or frying meat dishes, 1-3 g for vegetarian dishes. Every 45g can be used to make 5-7kg of meat stuffing, 7-9kg vegetarian stuffing and for 70 medium bowls of soup and noodles.
